Cheeky little update!

Hope you have all had a great week!

This has been a fab week for me - Wed was at a brilliant conference hosting a session. All about The Long Game and Balance, something I think about a lot and def help many people explore.

This was after being at the House of Commons on Tuesday - I was an invited guest at the Women and Equalities committee session - all about women in comedy and the role of comedy in society… It was so interesting and it is brilliant to be involved with helping comedy be recognised as its own art form (currently in the UK it is not!!) I KNOW!!

I have also been busy behind the scenes getting ready for the relaunch of my podcast - Clowning Around … Again… its going live on 11th May! Hope you will love it! Here is the cover - I have some amazing guests! It will bring joy to you I promise!!

I have also paid attention and listened to those of you who want to come on retreat with me - lots of people have asked and I am going to run a men and women retreat in Sept 6 - 11th. It is life changing and will be in the sunshine - max 7 people on the retreat - its time for you.. if you are interested then take a moment to do my leadership and life retreat to see if it is potentially the right fit for you. Its the first retreat I am offering to both women and men - cant wait. The one in Jan will still just be for women and there are a few spaces left on that too.

Also on the horizon it Edinburgh Festival can not wait - so if you have been meaning to come to the festival now you really do have a reason to come! I will be there for the first three weeks of the festival!

So yes lots going on, all in a good way.
