Organiser – these players love a spreadsheet – they love to get into the detail of anything, would happily arrange or sort out events or activities and will most of the time enjoy the arranging more than the activity itself.

As I send this out to you all I will be at the fab Latitude. Dancing, playing, laughing with my son and friends. I love a good festival! I wonder how often do you go and explore festivals? There are so many now. From Glastonbury to these smaller ones. I hear you some of you don't camp. That's OK you can just do a day... there is something magical about festivals...

I am most excited about seeing this band….
